Shelf life varies by product. Each box will include a best-before date and storage guidance. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying our chocolates as close to purchase as possible.

Bonbon boxes will have a minimum of 2 weeks from dispatch.

Please store your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and strong odours. Ideally, chocolates should be kept between 14°C and 18°C.

We do not recommend refrigerating chocolates unless specifically advised, as this can affect texture, shine and flavour.

However, think about room temperature, seasonality and external factors. If you're in a building or room without AC, and its the summer or just a very hot day- you might want to pop them in the fridge.

Our chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including milk, nuts, peanuts, gluten, egg, soya and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens, but we do our upmost to respect handling practices during production.
